Returns, Exchanges and Warranty Policy:
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and will endeavor to supply you with the best products to suit your needs. If you are unsure about the return or exchange options for your purchase, please ask us before checking out. Returns are always processed in the original form of payment.
Regular priced items purchased in store, in original condition, in original packaging may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of purchase, except:
- Flies, leaders, tippet, books, magazines, fishing licenses, bear spray, clearance items, guided trips, deposits and select fly tying materials. Such items are always final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Most warrantied items, including but not limited to rods, reels, lines and waders, must be returned by the purchaser directly to the manufacturer to redeem warranty. Items requiring repair or replacement can be sent directly to the manufacturer by the purchaser. In most cases, we can supply you with a copy of your original receipt and warranty information if needed. In some cases, we can help depending on the item or the brand. Qualifying items purchased online and shipped to the purchaser may be shipped back at the purchaser's expense for return. Items will be inspected and a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee may apply upon return. Damage due to shipping must be reported to us within three (3) days of receipt so that we may file a claim with the carrier.
