When did you start fly fishing? I started to dip my toes into fly fishing a little bit in 2021, then late winter of 2022 I fell in-love and new this was gonna be a problem 🤣!
What or who got you started? My good friend Rylan would self taught himself started bringing a second rod out for me to use and I started falling inlove, Brodie a good friend as well really took the time with me to teach me all basics and some more on how to fly fish.
Favourite place in Alberta to fish? Old man river or anything southern Alberta.
What’s your favourite fish to target? Brown trout, bull trout and cutthroat.
If you could fish anywhere on the planet for a week (and money was no object) where would you go fishing and why? Alaska, because you’re in the great wilderness and don’t know what to expect around the corner, literally! The stunning mountains, wildlife And they have my favourite fish, the Dolly Varden.

What’s your Top 5 Go To Flies on the Bow? Worm.. (classic red wire worm), Caddis (foam run or elk hair caddis), Leech, Stoneflies (Jimmy Legs), Chubby Chernobyl

Favourite Fly Line? Orvis pro line or scientific anglers

Most Embarrassing Fishing Story? I was fishing with Phil Rowley on arbour lake for Stillwater school and hook set the poor fish so hard it flew into the boat and hit Phil in the crotch. Ask Phil. 🤣
