Water Level and Clarity: Clarity has improved dramatically over the past 10 days. Levels are nearing average for this time of year. Still on the upper side of normal, good amount of water and that's why we haven't had issues with water warming yet.

Water Temps: Still within safe limits, continue practice safe handling (keep fish wet).

Fishing Overview: Still some fish on banks. They are moving off of banks and moving to other structure on the river. Stoneflies are still good, caddis mid-day have been good, and stripping streamers have been producing some really big fish. Leeches have worked well both under dries as a dropper and being stripped behind a bigger streamer. Nymphing always works (if you're into that sort of thing).

Hatches:

  • Caddis
  • PMDs - however, the fish are paying more attention to caddis
